At Farmhouse Pearl, each product is made to order with care and intention. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at farmhousepearl907@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no return shipment required.
Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we'll work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and we are unable to cancel.
